Shipping

UPS Ground Service from California. We offer Next Day, 2nd Day, 3rd Day and Fed-Ex can also be requested for an additional charge to meet a specific deadline. Please contact us directly to expedite shipping and for additional shipping fees. Love Lucite, Inc. is not responsible for failure of UPS or Fed Ex to deliver on schedule. Ground shipping charges are $25.00 per gift item.

Terms

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Shopify and Apple Pay.

Acceptance of product

It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect all products upon receipt. Love Lucite, Inc. must be contacted within 24 hours after receipt of shipment for any damages due to shipping.

Returned Merchandise

Custom orders are non-returnable. All returned merchandise must be returned in the original packaging. A minimum 15% re-stocking fee will be charged based on condition of returned material. Goods returned without first contacting us will be refused and returned at the sender’s expense. No merchandise may be returned after 24 hours of receipt. All refunds will be up to the discretion of Love Lucite, Inc.
